Description: The public service digitization in the Government of Bangladesh started a decade and half ago in a very scattered manner mostly through silo-based initiatives following traditional approaches. The solutions were mostly partial, not comprehensive enough covering the entire life cycle of the services. Also, most of the services were delivered manually. To find an effective and practical solution of the scenario, myGov was designed and developed in 2019 which is an innovative and rapid digitization platform transforming manual services of different ministries and departments to ensure seamless service delivery to the target beneficiaries through a single access platform. The platform has a standard open integration layer for necessary integration with other national systems/platforms such as the identity management system, payment system, call center etc. to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
